Trey’s 18 years of real estate and finance experience has given him the valuable knowledge and insight to guide his customers through all types of real estate transactions. As a vice president at TTR Sotheby’s, Trey is adept at advising customers on their luxury home buying and selling needs. His high level of customer service, attention to detail and dedication have led to many Leaders Club awards—he’s been named The Face of Waterfront Real Estate by Washingtonian magazine, aTop Agentby DC Modern Luxury magazine, Affiliate of the Year by the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors, and a Top 1 Percent Producer in America.
A former partner at Meredith Fine Properties, Trey now leads the Eastern Shore group of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury waterfront real estate company worldwide and in the Mid-Atlantic region. Outside of the office, he’s an active member of the Mid Shore Board of Realtors, the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and Talbot County Young Professionals. He also works diligently with Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity, Hospice of the Chesapeake and Character Counts. He’s served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors, the Talbot Country Club and Talbot Lacrosse Association.
Lacrosse has always been a huge part of Trey’s life. From All-American to coach, he is dedicated to passing on his knowledge of the game to local youth—including his two sons Ivey and Nolan.
As an Eastern Shore native, Trey attended Easton High School and Washington College in Chestertown. He currently resides in Easton with his wife Kari and their two sons. Most of his free time is spent on the river—he holds his Captain’s license, is an avid boater and fisherman, and is a member of the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Club. He also enjoys golfing and traveling with his family.
