Welcome

Welcome

An Easton native, Trey Rider has been serving the home-buying needs of the Eastern Shore for more than a decade, first as a senior mortgage loan officer and now as a partner and licensed Realtor with Meredith Fine Properties.

Trey’s versatile background provides a unique experience for buyers and sellers on the Eastern Shore, allowing them to benefit immensely from his knowledge of both sides of the home-buying industry. As a Realtor, Trey is dedicated to unparalleled customer service and attention to detail—the same qualities that helped him receive many President’s Club awards as a senior mortgage loan officer and recognition as a top one percent producer in the nation. He looks forward to attaining that same level of success on the real estate side of the industry by focusing on the individual needs of each of his clients, helping them fulfill their dream of home ownership.

An active member of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors, the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and Talbot County Young Professionals, volunteering is a big part of Trey's life. He works diligently with Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity and Character Counts, while also serving on the board of directors for the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors, Talbot Country Club and the Talbot Lacrosse Association. He also coaches the Starters Lacrosse team on which his two sons Ivey and Nolan play.

When not working or volunteering, you can find Trey on the links or on the water (he holds his Captain’s License). He also enjoys gardening at his home on the Tred Avon River, where he resides with his wife Kari, owner of the boutique event planning and design company Kari Rider Events, and their two sons.
